Milk Layer Cake from Pontianak



Ingredients:
400 grams butter
125 grams fine white sugar
50 grams middle protein wheat flour
½ can (90 ml) sweetened condensed milk
20 pc chicken egg, use only its yellow part
½ tsp mocha paste

Directions:
1. Stir butter and white sugar until tender; add yellow part egg one by one while stirred well.
2. Pour sweetened condensed milk little by little while stirred well, add wheat flour while sieved, and keep stir well.
3. Divide ingredients became 2, one part add with mocha paste, stir well, and another part let still white.
4. Bake the batter one layer after another, white after mocha until the batter used up
5. Using oven with upper fire and with square baking pan 22 cm length and 7 cm high.

For 21 pieces.

Tips: push the cake gently after make one layer so that your cake will compact and neat.
