Bingke Cake



Ingredients:
125 grams white sugar
6 pc chicken egg
1 tbsp wheat flour, add with 4 tbsp water, stir well
200 grams sweetened condensed milk
200 ml suji leaf extract (made from 30 pieces suji leaf and 3 pieces pandan leaf, mixed well, then filter it
2 drops green food-grade dye

Directions:
1. Mix white sugar and egg until sugar dissolved.
2. Stir wheat flour solution, sweetened condensed milk, suji leaf extract and green coloring, pour into egg and sugar mixing, and stir well.
3. Pour the batter to little bake pan with 6 cm diameter, then place it on a pan contain hot water, bake for 1 hour in the oven at 160 Celsius degree.
4. After not hot, remove from the pan, ready to serve.
For 14 pieces.
