Plecing Kangkung
Ingredients:
30 stalk kangkung, remove rotten and harpd part, chop roughly
250 gr bean sprout (tauge)
100 gr fried peanut
SAMBAL (hot sauce):
10 pc onion
5 pc garlic
5 pc red chilly
2 pc tomatoes, cut into 4 pieces
1 tsp palmrtee sugar
1 tsp salt
Directions:
- Boil kangkung until done. In order the color still green-fresh, add little bit salt on boiling water, turn of stove if water boiling. Let kangkung dry and pour it with flown cold water to stop cooking process.

- soak bean sprout in hot water. Then dry it.
Hot sauce: fry onion, garlic, and chili until fragrant. Insert tomatoes and palm tree sugar. Stir until tomatoes withered. Remove from the heat. Grind those fried spices and add salt.
Serving suggestion:
- Add kangkung and bean sprout on plate, spread it with fried peanut.
- Serving it with hot sauce (Sambal Plecing).
